Because PDF ebooks are available immediately after successful payment, completed purchases are generally final once access has been provided.
Technical problems
If a file is unavailable, corrupted, or linked incorrectly, contact contact@andrianvale.com. A working replacement will be provided after the order is verified.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate payments for the same title and customer will be reviewed and corrected.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that apply under the law governing the purchase.
